All coffee orders are roasted on demand and we are unable to cancel any orders that have already been roasted. However, we will help in whatever way possible to modify or review your order.
Cancellation on equipment will be considered if the request is made within 48 hours or before the order is dispatched, whichever comes first.
If you have recently placed your order, please email us at email@example.com. We may be able to cancel it completely or partially.
You can cancel your Subscription anytime before your next dispatch date. The prorated amount for the remaining deliveries that were not dispatched will be refunded. In case you want to cancel the 6 month subscription before the 6 month period, you will receive the refund adjusted for actual price of the coffee mug.
Your freshly roasted coffee should reach you within 4-6 working days after dispatch unless there is any unforeseen delay. In case your coffee does not reach you within 10 days, we will dispatch a new coffee or process full refund. We will not be able take any action before the 10-day period as we work with third-party courier partners and we have limited control once the order is dispatched.
