Roaster Thoughts

This Kerehaklu coffee is fruity and floral. It is perfect for any time of the day, and due to its roast profile, and flavour notes, it is perfect to drink it black or with milk as well. The coffee is mildly acidic, has a smooth velvety mouthfeel, with a less bitter aftertaste, and brews a sweet, fruity and sangria-like cup.

About the roaster

Tulum Coffee - Ideated in Brazil | Learnt in Mexico | Founded in India Pallav Haria, founder of Tulum Coffee fell in love with coffee during his visit to the city called Merida, 3 hours away from Tulum, Mexico. “I got a nice little house with a huge front yard, a mini windmill and a dog. I lived there for a year doing a few jobs, while also working at a cafe called Estacion 72. While I was working there, I learnt a lot about the basics of coffee. I was trained by a professional and learnt a lot by talking to people, local roasters who would bring their coffees to the café. Very soon after moving back to India, I started visiting farms, roasters and connected with professionals in the industry and the Coffee Board of India. I was sure and secure of what and how I wanted to do it. And I can say it with pride that I am a coffee roaster now, and the founder of Tulum Coffee.”
