Our best selling coffee is back with a bang this year and better than ever! Mooleh Manay’s Arabica naturals have always been a delight in the cup but this year, things have been upped a few notches.
The coffee has been fermented in the fruit(a dry ferment: think sourdough but coffee) and has been dried on raised beds under the watchful eyes of the folks at South India coffee company. The process is very intuitive and difficult to control, but if done right it can be an explosion of flavours in the cup.
In short, mind=blown.
