In case you do not like your coffee, you can submit your feedback here. We take feedback very seriously as this helps helps us create better recommendations for you. We believe that discovery is a natural part of coffee journey and sometimes it takes time to find the one! You can always reach out to our support team. to help you find coffee that you will love.
In case you have received a bad batch or a bag of coffee that is not acceptable, contact us within 5 days of receiving shipment on email@example.com for replacement or 100% refund of the purchase price back to your account. Please email us including the following:
- Your name and date of purchase
- Items that you would like to replace or be refunded
- Reason for return
- All coffee packets or bottles should be returned back to us in case of refund
- All coffee equipment can only be exchanged or refunded if it is returned back to us in new and unused condition
- Refunds will be initiated within 5 days of notification. The time that it will take for the money to be credited to customer’s account will be dependent on the clearing cycle of customer’s bank.
